Akrapovič has developed a range of exhausts and systems for the very latest Kawasaki Z range of machines that are guaranteed to set pulses racing with their superb looks, enhanced sound, and increased performance.
 




The all-new Kawasaki Z900 is a beautiful new naked bike with plenty of sporting aspirations, and the Slovenian high-performance exhaust specialist has developed a trio of Slip-On Line exhausts dedicated to it. The range features the Slip-On Line (Titanium), EC/ECE type-approved Slip-On Line (Carbon), and EC/ECE type-approved Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhausts, all produced to give customers a great choice.



These three new mufflers are the first stage in exhaust tuning and will certainly make a statement of the bike’s ambitions. With the addition of optional headers in stainless steel, they can be converted into systems to take performance and sound to higher levels.
 


The two Slip-On Line (Titanium) muffler outer sleeves are crafted in high-grade lightweight titanium, offering a big decrease in weight over the stock item, leading to improved handling.



One version of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is designed for where the markets require EC/ECE type approval and Euro 4 regulations, and the other is designed for other areas where these regulations are not needed, or for track use.



Finished with a hand-crafted carbon-fibre endcap, the design of these systems improves the look of the Z900 with a sportier muffler that gives a more aggressive and tailored look to the machine.



The Slip-On Line is also available in carbon fibre to give the consumer a choice of finish for which race-inspired materials they would like to add to their machine. Meeting EC/ECE and Euro 4 regulations, this exhaust, like the titanium version, is a simple plug-and-play operation with no remapping required.
 


All three exhausts will improve power and torque levels throughout the entire range while also improving throttle response to aid rideabilty and control.



 Performance can be further enhanced with the addition of stainless-steel headers, and when these are added to any of the Slip-On Line exhausts it turns them into a complete racing system and increases power to even greater levels of enjoyment.



Akrapovič has also been busy making sure the sound is improved to match the look and performance. The EC/ECE type-approved Slip-On Line (Carbon/Titanium) exhaust improves the sound by adding a sportier note, while the Slip-On Line (Titanium) delivers a louder, deeper, and even crisper sound.



To further enhance the look of these Slip-On Line exhausts, an optional carbon-fibre heatshield is available, made exclusively in-house from high-quality hand-crafted materials. The sound can also be further improved and given an extra aural boost with the addition of the optional headers.



To extend the Kawasaki Z range of premium exhaust systems even further, Akrapovič has created a Racing Line (Titanium) system for the naked Z650, which also fits the stunning Ninja 650 sports bike.



With a muffler built from the highest-quality ultra-lightweight titanium and headers in stainless steel all finished with a handmade carbon-fibre endcap, this system is yet another work of art from the Slovenian performance exhaust specialist.


Delivering a deeper, sportier sound that fits perfectly with naked bike’s aggressive looks and combines ideally with the Ninja 650, the design also seamlessly aligns with the look of both machines to take the visual enjoyment to higher levels.



With an increase in power and torque across the range and a decrease in weight that aids handling, the Racing Line certainly makes an impact, while still meeting EC/ECE type approval and being compliant with Euro 4 regulations for emissions and noise. With easy-to-follow installation instructions, the Racing Line is a simple plug-and-play system that needs no remapping for the stock ECU.



For markets where EC/ECE type approval is not required, or for track-day use, Akrapovič has also released a Racing Line (Titanium) exhaust system for the Z650 and the Ninja 650 to meet those requirements.



With performance improvements across the range, and an enriched sound that serves up a sporty, deeper tone, all allied to the weight reductions that the high-grade titanium construction of the muffler provides, this is an exhaust system that means business and adds to the appeal of the bike.
