The SEAT MÓ eScooter 125 is manufactured in collaboration with the Barcelona-based electric motorbike company Silence
It will be available at Spanish dealers from 16 December and will reach five other European countries in the next quarter
The urban eScooter reaches a maximum speed of 95 km/h and has a range of up to 137 km

Production starts today of SEAT’s first electric motorbike, the SEAT MÓ eScooter 125, in collaboration with Barcelona-based Silence, a specialist in electric motorbikes. This vehicle provides a new range of mobility to satisfy the needs of a new generation that gets around more efficiently in urban and extra-urban areas. It also shows the continuous commitment of SEAT MÓ, SEAT’s new business unit, to caring for the environment, cities and the people who live in them.
From 16 December the first units will be available at 18 Spanish dealerships. The new SEAT MÓ electric motorbike will also reach five other European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Sweden) in the first quarter of next year and will be on the streets of Portugal in the second half of the year.
The motorbike will be produced at the Silence plant located in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona). The factory that the company has in Molins de Rei suffered a fire last November and was burnt down. After the incident, the Silence team, with the support of SEAT’s R&D engineers in battery manufacturing, was key in helping the company quickly recover and meet production deadlines. In record time, the Sant Boi plant was made ready to fit out the battery assembly line.

Technical characteristics
Powered by a 7 kW electric motor (maximum power: 9 kW), the motorbike reaches a top speed of 95 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 50 km/h in 3.9 seconds. It has a battery pack that provides enough energy for a range of up to 137 km. It also has three driving modes, Eco, City and Sport, which adapt to different situations. The easily rechargeable and transportable battery pack simplifies operation and the high degree of connectivity makes the SEAT MÓ eScooter 125 a perfectly integrated element in users’ everyday lives.
The vehicle will be available in three matt colours: Daring Red, Aluminium Grey and Oxygen White, created specifically to highlight character of the eScooter and accentuate its personality. The starting price is 6,250 euros (5,500 euros with the MOVES II plan) and buyers can opt for financing it from 3 euros/day (for 48 months).
