The penultimate round of the 2022 Formula Regional Asian Championship Certified by FIA season saw three different winners across the triple-header weekend, with the title fight remaining wide open as the series heads towards the finale.



The final round held on the 5.39km Dubai Autodrome saw Hitech GP driver Isack Hadjar and Evans GP’s Patrik Pasma become the season’s seventh and eighth winners, while points leader Arthur Leclerc collected his third victory in twelve races for the Mumbai Falcons.



After 12 of 15 races, Leclerc remains at the top of the Driver Classification leaderboard, 40 points clear of Pinnacle Motorsport Rookie Pepe Marti, with Hadjar third ahead of Mumbai Falcons Sebastian Montoya who has already departed to prepare for his season in Europe.



Dino Beganovic and Red Bull Junior Jak Crawford are two points apart in fifth and sixth respectively, ahead of Gabriele Minì. In the Rookie Cup standings, Marti now has an unassailable points advantage, but the Spaniard’s attention is now firmly focused on the overall title.




Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema’s Khaled Al Qubaisi retains his place at the top of the Master Cup, but the title remains wide open with BlackArts Racing’s Thomas Luedi 35 points adrift and Pinnacle Motorsport’s Salih Yuloç 49 points shy of the top spot.



In the Team Classification, the Mumbai Falcons retain the top spot from Hitech GP, Pinnacle Motorsport and Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema, with 3Y Technology by R-ace GP rounding out the top five.



The championship now heads back to Abu Dhabi’s F1 Yas Marina Circuit for the final, title-deciding triple header of the season, with Round 5 from February 17-20.
