Interest continues to build for the third championship round of the 2022 24H SERIES powered by Hankook at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
Provisional Entry List HERE

Belgium’s most famous racing facility, a bucket list item for any driver, ‘gentlemen’ and professional alike, features proudly on CREVENTIC’s official racing schedule for the fourth time in five years on 22-23-24 April, with more than 55 entries representing 15 different nations already registered.
Ole Dörlemann, CREVENTIC sporting coordinator: “It’s always a thrill to welcome a circuit back to the 24H SERIES calendar, and the Hankook 12H SPA is an event many of our competitors hoped would make a return. The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is one of the most technically demanding circuits across the globe, and boasts a rich heritage that makes the venue a ‘must visit’ for any motor racing enthusiast.
To be back for a 12-hour endurance race that has produced some of the 24H SERIES’ most dramatic on-track moments is something we’re all looking forward to.”
Representing Belgium…
Unsurprisingly, racing for 12 hours at one of the world’s most famous circuits has garnered considerable interest among national teams. TCE championship contender AC Motorsport will contest the Hankook 12H SPA with two Audi RS 3 LMS’ (#188 and #199), the first time the Belgian series stalwart will have started a European round of the 24H SERIES with two cars.
Series newcomer Red Ant Racing has also entered two Porsche 991 GT3 Cups in the ‘992’ class (#903 and #904), while 2020 991-class champion Speedlover has registered a 991-II Cup for the ‘991’ category (#978) alongside its 992 entry (#979).
Having secured GTX class victory in Dubai with its GT2-spec Audi R8, PK Carsport (#704) will hope for a repeat win on home soil with Bert and Stienes Longin, and Peter Guelinckx. Belgian compatriots Xwift Racing (#221) and Q1-Trackracing will make their respective 24H SERIES debuts at Spa, the former running a Ligier JS2 R in ‘TCX’, the latter two Porsches in the ‘992’ class (#901 and #961).
Finally, JJ Motorsport is set to run a BMW M4 GT4 alongside Veidec Racing (#422), marking the first time the Belgian team has competed with CREVENTIC since taking CUP1 honours at the inaugural Hankook 12H SPA in 2017.
GT3, 991 and 992
Reigning Overall GT Teams’ champion ST Racing (#1) continues its title defence in Belgium with the brand-new BMW M4 GT3. JR Motorsport (#2), a former GTX class winner at the event in 2019 and overall runner-up at this year’s Hankook 6H ABU DHABI, is also set to represent the Bavarian brand with its newly acquired M6 GT3.
2017 Overall GT Teams (Continents) champion Herberth Motorsport is sure to be among the frontrunners at Spa with its Porsche 991 GT3 R (#91), with which the Bavarian team scored A6-Am class victory at the event in 2019. Team principals Robert and Alfred Renauer are set to race with long-time teammates Daniel Allemann and Ralf Bohn.
The returning Earl Bamber Motorsport (#61) will also compete with Porsche machinery, while Britain’s Barwell Motorsport (#77), a staunch contender for victory at the season opening Hankook 24H DUBAI, returns to 24H SERIES action with its Lamborghini Huracán GT3.
Sainteloc Racing (#26), which recently confirmed its entry for the full European season, and Phoenix Racing (#18), back for its first CREVENTIC outing since last year’s Hankook 24H BARCELONA, have registered an Audi R8 LMS GT3 apiece. As they will at next month’s Hankook 12H MUGELLO, Olivier Esteves, Christian Kelders, Pierre-Yves Paque, and Simon Gachet will team together at Sainteloc, while Michael Doppelmayr, Pierre Kaffer, Elia Erhart, and Swen Herberger will reunite with Phoenix.
Series stalwart Car Collection Motorsport are also set to run two R8 GT3s at Spa-Francorchamps (#3 and #34) alongside a GT4-spec Audi R8 (#499).
Fittingly, multi-time class podium finisher WTM Racing (#22), with which Phoenix Racing competed last year at Barcelona, makes its series return in the Ardennes with Georg and Leonard Weiss, and Jochen Krumbach. The German team has entered its Ferrari 488 GT3, a model that secured the two most recent outright victories at the Hankook 12H SPA in 2018 and 2019.
Two-time 991-class champion Porsche Lorient Racing will be among the frontrunners in ‘992’ with its two-car line-up (#911 and #912), as will ID Racing. The German team will field a standalone Porsche ‘992’ GT3 Cup (#944) alongside its collaborative entry with the United Arab Emirates’ RABDAN Motorsport (#977). The latter finished 2nd in-class in Abu Dhabi with Saif Alameri and Salem Alketbi – the pair will be joined in Belgium by Fahad Alzaabi and Helal Almazrouei – behind fellow Spa entrant, Huber Racing (#944).
After a successful 2021, reigning class champion Willi Motorsport by Ebimotors continues its title defence with Fabrizio Broggi, Sergiu Nicolae and Sabino de Castro once again aboard the 991-II Cup (#955). The Romanian-Italian team is set to go head-to-head with Portuguese newcomer, P21 Motorsport (#921).
GT4 and GTX
Across in GTX, and after a competitive Middle East sojourn with the Huracán GT3, 2019 Overall GT Teams’ (Continents) champion Leipert Motorsport (#710) continues its European campaign in Belgium with its tenured Huracán Super Trofeo. Strong competition is expected from 9und11 Racing (#719), which steps up from ‘991’ with its Porsche 911 GT3 Cup MR.
After a fighting drive to 3rd in-class in Dubai, Vortex V8 will hope for further success with two of its eponymous ‘1.0’ sports cars at Spa (#701 and #703). Similarly, Saalocin by KoxRacing (#748) will look to repeat its overall podium in Abu Dhabi with the KTM GTX.
2020 Overall GT Teams’ champion (Europe) PROSport Racing (#401) headlines the GT4 field. The German team took SP3 victory at the Hankook 12H SPA in 2019, the maiden win for the then-new Aston Martin Vantage AMR on only its second series outing.
Reigning TCX-class champion CWS Engineering has confirmed its brand new, V8-powered Ginetta G56 GT4 (#478) will contest all European rounds of this year’s 24H SERIES, and will be joined in Belgium by the British team’s tenured G55 in the TCX class (#278). The latter took SP3-class honours at the event in 2018.
In a nod to the 24H SERIES’ international reach, the USA will be ably represented by former series class winners Team ACP – Tanger Associates (#421) and RHC Jorgensen-Strom by Century (#450), both of which will race a BMW M4 GT4. Their category competition at Spa will include the returning Heide-Motorsport (#411) and the debuting Buggyra Racing (#416), which have registered a Audi R8 LMS GT4 and an Mercedes-AMG GT4 respectively.

TCR and TCX
Alongside hometown hero AC Motorsport, Hankook 24H DUBAI TCE winner BBR (#159) and Spain’s RAIL EQUIP BY TOTCAR SPORT (#123) will both compete at Spa with a CUPRA TCR, the latter with Jorge Belloc Diaz, Jorge Belloc Ruiz, and Alvaro Rodriguez Sastre on driver detail. Holmgaard Motorsport (#102) continues its full-European campaign in Belgium with the Volkswagen Golf GTI, with 2019 TCE Junior Cup winners Magnus and Jonas Holmgaard racing alongside Roy Edland and Martin Vedel.
TCX already features a diverse field of competitors. France’s PR-V (#205) enters a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 CS for Christian Gloz and Hervé Houdre, and will race against Munckhof Racing’s BMW M2 GTR (#210), Sally Racing’s CUPRA DSG (#219), CWS Engineering’s Ginetta, and newcomer COGEMO / TLRT (#255).
The latter has entered a BMW M2 CS Racing for Philippe Thirion, Sebastien Morales, and André Grammatico. PCR Sport rounds out the provisional TCE field thus far with a CUPRA Leon Competición TCR (#117) and a Ligier JS2 R (#217) with which the Spanish team will contest TCR and TCX respectively.
Entries remain open for the Hankook 12H SPA on 22-23-24 April. Teams interested in registering can do so via 24hseries.com or by speaking with CREVENTIC directly on +31 485 471166.
