| Former Citroen driver Francois Duval is optimistic that he will compete on the Rally of Turkey and Wales Rally GB, the two final European rounds of the 2006 FIA World Rally Championship, at the wheel of the First Motorsport's Fabia WRC. Following a meeting after Duval's retirement in Germany, First Motorsport chief Willy Collignon, still recuperating from recent illness, was given assurance by Skoda Motorsport chief Martin Muehlmeier that they could expect to contest these two events.
