Red Arrows look to continue silverware-laden run in UK's premier tier of single seater racing.

Arden Motorsport heads to Snetterton this weekend (6-8 August) aiming to build on a debut victory and recent run of front-running results in the re-branded GB3 Championship.
 


The Banbury team scored a maiden race win in the UK’s premier tier of single seater racing last time out at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in the hands of Polish rising star Roman Bilinski.
 


That followed an impressive one hundred percent run of top-five finishes in Bilinski’s first six races in the category, cementing his status as ‘one to watch’ over the remainder of the campaign.
 


The team is also buoyed this weekend with the return of Frederick Lubin after illness, the Brit no doubt looking to pick up where he left off at Silverstone – fighting at the front and continuing to build towards his first silverware in the category.
 


Lubin has been an ever-present in the top ten since his graduation from British Formula 4 at the start of the season, and his addition to the Red Arrows for the triple header around the 2.99-mile Norfolk circuit will be invaluable as Arden continue to charge up the Teams’ Championship standings.
 


After two successful days of testing on Thursday and Friday, tomorrow marks the start of competitive action with an all-important qualifying session at 10:40, ahead of the opening race at 13:45.
 


Sunday features another double header – streamed live on GB3’s YouTube channel and social media platforms – with lights out at 11:55 and 14:30 respectively.




Gary Ward, Arden GB3 Team Manager said:“After our maiden victory last time out, the team are feeling energised and ready to build on that success in the GB3 Championship at Snetterton.We’re also delighted to have Frederick back with us – the awning hasn’t been quite the same, and alongside Roman we’re back to having one of the strongest line-ups in the field.”
 



Roman Bilinski (#4) said:“I’m really looking forward to getting back out in the car this weekend at Snetterton and continuing to build on a positive start to life in GB3 for me.My victory at Spa felt like a real breakthrough moment, and it’s fantastic for the team to be consistently running up at the front for the Teams’ Championship too.With Frederick back, we’re only going to be in a stronger position this weekend, so I’m really looking forward to it.”
 

Frederick Lubin (#78) said:“I’m really excited to be back racing this weekend in the GB3 Championship and can’t wait to get going.I’d like to thank all the doctors involved for their continuous support and hard work for the past few months – and to everybody for their support.The aim now is to go out and mark my return with a good result – I can’t wait to get back out there!”
