Visitors to the Essen Motorshow have already been able to get a first look at the 2015 models of the DTC-ADAC PROCAR Division 1. The champion’s vehicle of Wolf Racing is displayed in Hall 3. As of 2015, the “turbo class” will be equipped with new bodykits and about 300 HP.


After a successful debut season in the ADAC PROCAR, the first vehicles in Division 1 have already prepared their appearance for the next season. Especially eye-catching are the significantly wider front and rear parts.


In a joint cooperation, the teams of Wolf Racing and LB Racing have been working on the outward appearance and the looks of the Fiesta ST and greatly benefited from the know-how of the experienced coachbuilder Milenko Vukovic.


 As early as the season finale at the Sachsenring Vukovic had already presented his Renault Clio for the upcoming season, which also showed the widening in a study. “Here at the Essen Motorshow we are exhibiting thoroughbred racing vehicles – from the appearance to the performance which will be increased to 300 HP,” Walter Wolf explains.



Attracrive price-performance-ratio

Despite these modifications, the frameworks in Division 1 remain unchanged and an attractive price-performance-ratio results in a continuously growing interest in the turbo concept – even internationally. “Recently 34 vehicles, which were set up according to regulations very similar to ours, were participating in Macau as part of the WTCC,” series organizer Rainer Bastuck knows and adds,




“A we have seen during this first season, our regulations are geared towards the future because, in comparison with other approaches, it optimises the costs side. The fact that the regulations have already been successfully adapted clearly shows that we are on the right way.”
