Gianpaolo Coppi talks about the work done in preparation of the 2008 GPC Squadra Corse season

Winter offered GPC Squadra Corse the chance to develop and optimize their structure in sight of the new season. In the next weeks the work on track will be resumed as well. Matteo Bobbi is going to have the task to develop the F430 GT2 Ferraris in a series of tests parallel to the team´s commitment to the Speedcar Series and to the driver´s participation to the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series.
Gianpaolo Coppi (Team manager):
"The results achieved so far by our team prove how much into our DNA the victory is. During the winter break, we worked hard to play the protagonists role in a new context as the Speedcar Series as well as to add new successes to the victories scored last year in the GT Open, the Spanish GT and in the Le Mans Series.
We are concluding now the definition of our 2008 sportive programme that will see our commitment to the GT Open, the Italian GT and the Spanish GT. The names of the drivers that will defend our colours during this season will be announced shortly.
We also decided to allocate new resources for the communication and our new website will be released within the next few weeks.
It will be managed by professionals that will look after team´s media relations as well too."
